Welcome to Strive! By using our open-source Discord moderation and server management bot ("Strive" and "Strive Systems"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Strive is an open-source project, and its code is publicly available. Users and developers are welcome to contribute, modify, and fork the project, provided they adhere to the applicable open-source license. Any misuse or modification that violates the licensing terms is strictly prohibited.

Strive collects and stores only necessary data for its operation, such as moderation logs and user interaction history. We comply with GDPR regulations by ensuring:

• Data is only collected with user consent and is used solely for moderation purposes.

Strive is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K, we do not knowingly collect data from users under this age. If we become aware of such data collection, we will take immediate action to delete it.

Availability and Support

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of Strive. Maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability. Support is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or consequences arising from the use of Strive.

Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user or server from using Strive if found in violation of these terms.
